ANDROLOGY LABORATORY SPECIALIST/BIOLOGIST JOB DESCRIPTION • Perform daily quality control checks and ensure laboratory equipment and procedures meet established standards. • Coordinate semen sample collection and processing under the supervision of the Responsible Embryologist. • Provide patients with clear verbal and written instructions before and after semen analysis. • Prepare and process semen samples for IUI, IVF, ICSI, IMSI, TUNEL, sperm freezing and sperm FISH procedures. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date laboratory records, patient files and documentation. • Perform daily data entry into the clinic's laboratory management system. • Prepare, organize and maintain laboratory reports, forms and other required documentation. • Ensure all laboratory procedures and patient information are accurately recorded and filed. • Follow laboratory quality control, safety and patient confidentiality protocols. • Stay updated with developments and advancements in the field of Andrology. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS • Degree in Laboratory Techniques, Biology or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in an Andrology Laboratory. • Fluency in both Turkish and English is mandatory, with an excellent command of English. • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry systems. • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of paperwork and laboratory documentation. • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. • Ability to manage both laboratory procedures and administrative responsibilities efficiently. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Responsible, organized, eager to learn and capable of working as part of a team. • Committed to patient confidentiality and professional ethics. • Flexible and able to adapt to laboratory working schedules. • Applications are welcome from both female and male candidates. • Military service completed or exemption obtained (for applicable male candidates).
